After a most successful and epic 2021, Olivia Rodrigo will top her breakthrough year by being named Billboard’s 2022 “Woman of the Year.” The achievement for the “Drivers License” singer was publicized on 4th February, Friday, along with particulars on overall public tickets for the live Billboard Women in Music Awards, which will take place on 2nd March at the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, Calif.
