Raphy Pina, a music executive, was found guilty of illegally possessing firearms and claims, “I just lost the first round of 12”

Pina Nieves’ partner, Natti Natasha, appeared in court today to support him, proving the strength of their almost six-year relationship and their closeness as parents following the birth of Vida Isabelle last May.

  • Pina Nieves, Natasha’s manager, brought along reggaeton superstar Daddy Yankee and three of the music executive’s children from prior relationships: Mia, Monty, and Changui.
  • This happened after a shooting at one of Pina Nieves’ recording facilities in Caguas on December 7, 2020, followed by another attack the following night during a Daddy Yankee concert in Puerto Rico’s Coliseo.”We’ve all been at home,” the vocalist of “Sin Pijama” revealed.
  • “Although many people are surprised by the case and the potential 20-year sentence, Pina Nieves was first charged in early 2020.
  • The FBI intercepted a phone call between the producer and a friend on February 6, 2020, in which he referenced having guns and ammo in his Caguas home.
  • The producer, as predicted, is not taking his guilty judgment lying down and intends to fight back.
  • His attorney, Francisco Rebollo, has already stated that they want to appeal the judgment. The average sentence ranges from probation to three to four years in jail, depending entirely on the judge’s decision. “
  • Pina Nieves, like his lawyer, walked out of court today with his head held high with his children and partner Natti Natasha by his side. “
  • “We accept the jury’s judgement, but we do judgment with it,” Daddy Yankee said as the group exited the courthouse following the verdict.

Although many people are surprised by the case and the potential 20-year sentence, Pina Nieves was first charged in early 2020. The FBI intercepted a phone call between the producer and a friend on February 6, 2020, in which he referenced having guns and ammo in his Caguas home.

Pina Nieves was charged with unlawfully possessing a handgun and carrying an automatic rifle after police discovered the firearms on April 1, 2020. All of this happened after a shooting at one of Pina Nieves’ recording facilities in Caguas on December 7, 2020, and another attack the following night during a Daddy Yankee concert in Puerto Rico’s Coliseo. The ammo used in both shootings was confirmed to be identical.

The producer, as predicted, is not taking his guilty judgment lying down and intends to fight back. His attorney, Francisco Rebollo, has already stated that they want to appeal the ruling. The average sentence ranges from probation to three to four years in jail, depending entirely on the judge’s decision. “This isn’t done yet,” he stated in any case.

Pina Nieves, like his lawyer, walked out of court today with his head held high with his children and partner Natti Natasha by his side. “I simply lost the first round out of 12,” he said when reporters asked him about the result. I’m a warrior, and I’m going to keep going until the world knows who Raphy Pina is.”

“We accept the jury’s judgment, but we don’t agree with it,” Daddy Yankee said as the group exited the courthouse following the verdict. We’re thrilled to be spending New Year’s Eve at Pina’s. “[Pina] is going through a difficult moment right now, but I see him calm,” he continued, opting for a positive message. He’ll be able to spend New Year’s Eve with his family; I see him smiling.”

Pina came home and discussed the outcome in an 8-minute live video on Instagram. He expressed his gratitude to his loved ones and followers for their prayers, saying, “cario y afecto,” and describing the situation as a struggle that he and his family would conquer.
